  3. Due Diligence.- In case of Real Estate transaction, the Team of Lawyers Horus Legal, make a deep investigation of the property, deed, clauses of the contract, taxes, and everything needed, print a “certificate of due diligence” and give one copy to the Buyer.
  4. The Seller can sign in Notary.-Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to sign the title, on the Notary designated for the Buyer, the whole process is verified by the Horus Legal Team.
  5. Funds are released.- Until everything is verified and the transaction is close, we proceed releasing the fonds in escrow, paid the Seller, commissions and taxes. The orders of payment will release in less than 2 work days.
